How do you get from El Médano to Santa Cruz?
When there is no wind and you have a free day, we highly recommend a trip to the capital of Tenerife – Santa Cruz de Tenerife. From El Médano the journey by TITSA bus takes about 60–75 minutes.
Tip: Press the on-request stop button at the bus stop, otherwise the bus may not stop. Buy tickets directly from the driver.
The route follows the coastal motorway, so from the bus or car you can enjoy beautiful views of the ocean and Tenerife's volcanic landscape.

Santa Cruz is a lively port city. You will see huge cruise ships, palm-lined streets and many cafés, bars and restaurants. In the evening the centre is full of atmosphere – ideal for dinner and a drink.
Return journey: The last bus back to El Médano (via San Isidro) leaves before midnight.
